Artist statement: Our perception of the world is defined by our senses, limiting our ability to conceive other possibilities. My screen-printing work utilizes my own photographs to depict perspectives of the peculiar through intentional camera motion. Our comfortable everyday reality becomes warped, causing the viewer to alter their personal perspective between what they believe is real.
I specializing in both the digital realm and physical with charcoal, oil paints and photography. I am also a self-Published Author.
I am a graphic designer with a bachelor in graphic design from Indiana University Kokomo.
My inspiration comes from Yoshitaka Amano for quality and creativity is inspired by Nathaniel Givemy’s Lilly Pads. Transcoding is the method, but I like to take it a few steps further.
